We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Optimization Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving commercial and customer outcomes through data-driven decision making.

About the Role

The Ecommerce Optimization Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall performance of our online stores. This includes optimizing product listings, streamlining checkout processes, and enhancing the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute A/B testing roadmap to drive incremental sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Liaise with digital marketing channels to deliver channel improvements and growth outcomes for website trade and performance
  • Drive conversion optimisation and increase funnel engagement through third-party tools

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of ecommerce principles and best practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have a demonstrated track record of delivering commercial and customer outcomes in an ecommerce environment.

You'll also have:

  • Demonstrated track record of website and customer journey optimisation via third-party tools that delivered incremental revenue and conversion lifts
  • Experience in ecommerce management or online website optimisation
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and managing customer experience vendors, including utilising third-party tools such as on-site search, merchandising, pop-ups, recommenders and reviews
