Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and members, responsible for ensuring their experience with our platform is positive and productive.

Your primary goal will be to manage relationships, guide clients through our process, and maintain clean pipelines and CRM systems. You will also track engagement, prevent churn, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients, onboard them onto our platform, and ensure they understand our services and benefits.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Engagement Tracking: Monitor client engagement levels, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase satisfaction.
  • Opportunity Identification: Flag potential business opportunities for our team, and provide insights on how to capitalize on these leads.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their long-term success with our platform.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success, client services, or community management, preferably in creative industries, SaaS, or membership-based platforms.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and tech-savviness (comfortable with tools or a fast learner).
  • Personality: Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow with our company.
