Key Responsibilities
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers to ensure their continued success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse customer data to inform business decisions and improve customer outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an account management or customer success role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other software tools.
