Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:- Drive growth within existing accounts by understanding business needs and providing solutions to help them succeed.
- Plan and execute strategic plans within accounts to ensure successful rollout of solutions.
- Maintain high level of communication with customers about usage trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Identify opportunities for customers to act as advocates (e.g., testimonials, case studies).
- Collaborate closely with wider team to explore and close new opportunities for customers to consume our products.
- Coordinate resources across organisation as needed to support customers' needs.
- Educated to degree level, preferred but not essential.
- Experience within Civil or Environment businesses well regarded.
- 5+ years in Technical, Pre-Sales or Account Management, or similar role.
- Experience working with geotechnical solutions a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
