Senior Accounting Manager Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting processes and month-end close for U.S. and Canadian operations
  • Enforce adherence to GAAP, internal controls, and corporate policies
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Support audits, SEC reporting, and tax compliance activities
  • Mentor and lead a team of 3–4 accounting professionals

Requirements
  • 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Bachelor's in Accounting + CPA required (MBA is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP; exposure to revenue, lease, and equity accounting a plus
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems (Workday preferred)
  • Advanced Excel + strong analytical and communication skills
  • Leadership mindset with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
