Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a senior commercial property manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial properties.

  • This role involves managing relationships with multinational and international tenants, working directly for the landlord.

The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to quick decision-making and a responsive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own portfolio while leading and mentoring junior property managers.
  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, focusing on engagement, retention, and service delivery.
  • Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears.
  • Take ownership of all facilities and asset management duties, including compliance and contractor management.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance and safety obligations are met.
  • Utilize Cirrus8 software to manage property workflows, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Provide timely and detailed reporting to owners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management.
  • Proficiency with Cirrus8, and willingness to learn and champion the software.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a confident, solutions-focused approach.
  • Sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting.
  • Experience in facilities management and contractor coordination.
  • High attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Current PM registration, police clearance, WA driver's licence, and own vehicle.
