Commercial Property Portfolio Manager Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned property professional to manage a commercial property portfolio. Our client is a reputable agency renowned for their high level of service and track record of delivery.
Duties Will Include- Portfolio management including tenancy schedules, rent reviews, and renewals.
- Management of financials including monthly reporting and reconciliations.
- Liaison and negotiation with stakeholders including landlords and tenants.
- Market rent analysis and research for informed advice.
- Carrying out inspections and ensuring compliance.
To be considered for this role, you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration and have experience managing a retail or commercial property portfolio. You will be self-motivated and highly organized, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts.
