Commercial Portfolio Director

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced property professional to take ownership of a growing portfolio and contribute to the commercial management division's future direction.
The Role- Manage a large portfolio of commercial properties, optimizing performance and growth.
- Be the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee lease administration, renewals, and negotiations, driving value and reducing risk.
- C coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor activities, maintaining high standards and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, arrears, and monthly financial reporting, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Pursue business development opportunities, expanding the portfolio and contributing to revenue growth.
- Develop and refine systems and processes for the department, enhancing productivity and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior staff and lead the property management team, fostering growth and excellence.
- To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years experience managing your own commercial portfolio and hold a current real estate registration.
- You will ideally have experience providing inspiring leadership to a team and a solid understanding of software solutions.
- You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
