Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compensation and benefits delivery to all employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • End-to-end payroll processing experience using a Human Resource Information System (HRIS), preferably with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, and UKG Pro Dimensions.
  • A sound understanding of compensation and benefits functions, procedures, and legislation.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
