As a seasoned and strategic professional, you will collaborate with leading partners and business development teams to oversee the firm's high-value accounts.
This role entails developing client growth strategies, partner coaching, and client engagement. You will be supported by a well-resourced team within a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and supportive culture.
Our client is a prominent Australian leader in legal services seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to act as a trusted partner in managing and growing significant clients across Australia.
Reporting to a talented and highly regarded leader, this senior role focuses on developing client strategies to drive profitable revenue growth from the firm's top-tier accounts.
Key responsibilities include jointly developing client strategies with CRPs and client teams, supporting client teams in fostering relationships with priority divisions within clients, and identifying client needs and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing multiple clients, with proven results in building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
Required skills and qualifications include 5+ years of client/account management or similar relevant BD experience, preferably gained within a professional services environment.
