Technical Billing Expertise

This is an opportunity to utilize your exceptional technical billing skills to provide expert-level support to customers, leveraging your knowledge of software, APIs, and infrastructure to resolve complex issues.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Your technical expertise will be essential in resolving billing discrepancies, reconciling invoices, and providing timely support to customers.

You will have the chance to work with a variety of stakeholders, including engineering teams, to identify and troubleshoot technical problems, and develop internal runbooks and technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.

  • Resolve technical billing issues through diagnostic troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive innovation and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain internal runbooks and technical documentation.
  • Leverage technical expertise to support customer success and resolve billing discrepancies.
Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of experience in billing technical support.
  • Experience with SAP, SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, cloud services (AWS, Azure).
  • Proven troubleshooting skills within billing and invoicing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize user requests effectively and manage user expectations.
  • Flexibility working some weekends and later hours to fulfill 24/7 business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL certification.
  • Microsoft Azure certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP.
  • Programming/scripting experience on at least some of the following: Bash, Python, PowerShell, PHP, Knowledge of SQL.
