Senior Billing Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Billing Support Specialist.

  • Provide exceptional customer support by resolving complex billing and invoice-related issues over the phone and email, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of software, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Perform detailed analysis of invoicing discrepancies with vendor invoices or SAP systems, identifying root causes and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Process credit and debit card transactions as required.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering teams to reproduce issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement bug fixes and feature requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal runbooks, FAQs, and technical documentation to ensure accurate information sharing among team members.
  • Lead incident response efforts or participate in on-call rotations for critical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal business impact.
  • Identify trends in billing support and partner with Product & Engineering teams to develop long-term solutions.
  • Accurately log all issues and status updates in our internal tracking system, providing transparent communication to stakeholders.
