Change Management Strategist

As a Change Management Consultant at Cprime | Elabor8, you will play a critical role in helping organisations navigate agile transformations and shape their future. Our dynamic team is passionate about driving transformation and ensuring smooth transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies, addressing the people side of transformations, including developing and running change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies.
- Guide senior leaders and executives in fulfilling their critical role as change management sponsors and support people leaders as they help their teams through change.
- Create and support change agent networks, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
- Drive active stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organisation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, implementing data-driven approaches to track the value and success of change initiatives.
- Embody continuous improvement, feeding into the continuous improvement of change management practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments.
- Experience with and knowledge of traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
- A systems thinking and pro-active approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
- Flexibility to manage both large-scale organisational transformation changes and the implementation of smaller change initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills.
