Key Responsibilities:

  1. Database Management: Update and maintain company databases by entering new employee contact details and employment information.
  2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  3. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with selected candidates to facilitate the hiring process.
  4. Job Posting: Publish job advertisements on various job boards and professional networking platforms.
  5. Advertisement Management: Remove job postings from platforms once positions have been filled.
  6. Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  7. Communication: Prepare and send offer letters and rejection notifications to candidates.
  8. Orientation Coordination: Help facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
  9. Employee Support: Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and exhibit excellent organizational and administrative skills.
