Fruition Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's human resources practices and ensuring the continuity of impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the executive, leadership, and teams to enhance the organization's human resources practices.
  • Offer expert guidance and manage general HR queries.
  • Embed organizational development activities and support the development and implementation of workforce planning practices.
  • Understand business needs, drivers, and challenges to build, equip, and support leaders in delivering strategic priorities.
  • Foster an engaged workforce and provide advice on employee relations policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Oversee due process and fairness, and ensure the consistent and effective delivery of people-related projects and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, psychology, business, or any other related field.
  • Equivalent experience in a busy general human resources role.
  • Understanding of workplace relations legislations and industrial processes.
  • Proven problem-solving skills that have led to lasting employee relations solutions.
  • Leadership capacity to influence, lead, coach, and develop and motivate others.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and legislation.
  • Experience providing advice relating to performance management and conducting complex investigations.
  • Leadership and support of change management initiatives in a complex and often challenging work environment.
