This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client-centric service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Implement effective local office procedures and systems.
- Partner with senior team administrators to support day-to-day office requirements.
- Deliver a nationally consistent and exceptional front-of-house experience.
- Manage site access compliance, meeting room bookings, and event coordination.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director and Brand & Clients team to deliver outstanding client events.
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies and ensure facilities are well-kept.
- Provide high-quality administrative support.
About You
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- High School Completion Certificate – Senior Certificate.
- Prior experience in airline, hospitality, hotelier concierge, corporate office, or co-working space.
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- RSA / Food Safety Training highly recommended.
- Certificate(s) in Hospitality.
