Stop what you're doing, Rise is hiring a systems whizz in this Help Desk Support role.$38.65 - $41.45 per hour + super + salary packaging Rise is hiring a whizz on all things systems in this administrator support position.
This opportunity is fixed-term for 6 months (possible extension) working 45.6 hours per fortnight.
Hours/Days are flexible however you must be available on Thursdays & Fridays.
You will be based working from various Rise locations (including Helen's Place in Middle Swan) and once up-to-speed/approved you may enjoy some work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day, you will cover on the Help Desk for our client management system (Procura) completing support tasks and assisting users with actioning and resolving any queries/issues.
Additionally, you will providing training to staff on how to access and use the system.
Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following: Technical knowledge of a Client Management System Experience with application administration and support Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve Knowledge of security best practices Top-notch communication skills to efficiently support users Formalities (The serious stuff)To apply for this position, you must currently hold working rights within Australia and be residing in Perth WA.
Appointments to this position will be subject to a national police clearance.
