Job Title:

Rostering Manager


About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced rostering professional to join our team. As Rostering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rostering service delivery team.

You will provide guidance and support to the team to ensure that they have the resources and tools necessary to deliver efficient and customer-centric services to clients.

The role involves implementing, reviewing and monitoring systems, processes and procedures to ensure a consistently high standard.

You will work closely with other teams to manage workforce planning, peer support and retention issues.

  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of staff availability, leave and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in rostering management, preferably in a community service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
