This is a unique job opportunity for a seasoned Human Resources professional seeking to leverage their expertise in strategic partnership and advisory roles. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through expert advice, operational planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive guidance on people management needs and challenges
  • Evolution and alignment of HR policies and practices to support client portfolio's strategic direction
  • Leveraging best practice systems and approaches to deliver tailored solutions that achieve desired business outcomes
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to drive collaborative initiatives
  • Providing subject matter-specific data analysis, insights, and reports on HR projects and solutions

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Proven generalist HR experience, preferably in a business partner or advisory role
  • Proven experience in developing strong trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience interpreting and providing advice on enterprise agreements, awards, and relevant policies
  • Ability to work within a COE model in a large complex organisation coupled with a collaborative approach
  • Agile solutions-orientated approach coupled with the ability to coach and empower leaders to make informed decisions
