We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team at Wellways. As a key member of our Workplace Health & Safety Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of health and safety across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a positive health and safety culture
- Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to employees and people leaders
- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics
- Collaborate with the National Workplace Health & Safety Manager to drive health and safety initiatives
