SalaryWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, for this commission-only position.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with prospective customers, and closing deals to increase revenue. As a Business Growth and Partnership Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to connect with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Report on sales results and provide feedback to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
