Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Canberra. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading the Midrange team and providing expert support and leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional guidance and leadership for the Midrange Team

- Collaborate with operational teams to provide technical assistance and resolve complex issues

- Manage and escalate major incidents to the appropriate teams

- Support the Incident and Event Management structure

- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process forums

- Facilitate engagement and leadership of the team during project operations

- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Midrange team

- Participate in performance management activities as required

- Maintain the on-call roster for the Midrange support team

- Act as a senior escalation point for all issues

- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure effective delivery of contracted services

Requirements:

To be successful, you will require a minimum NV1 level security clearance.
