**Job Title:** Principal Software Engineer

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Define and communicate the technical strategy for supported products.
  • Promote scalable, maintainable systems through governance and design reviews.
  • Resolve technical blockers and provide escalation support.
  • Champion continuous integration and improvement practices.
  • Standardise technical practices across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and relevant frameworks.
  • Act as a conduit between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor technical staff and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Develop and review design, architectural, and technical documentation.
**Required Skills & Experience**

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential. Proven experience in software development using .Net and Angular is required. Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architectural designs is also necessary.
