Marketing Specialist Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking Transport and Logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support their growth and expansion. With a strong focus on customer experience, this role will play a key part in implementing the company's marketing strategy and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support business objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Product Development Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Translate customer insights and research into effective marketing campaigns and business improvements.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel customer marketing campaigns through identified customer insights and delivered through an enhanced digital experience.
  • Assist in the development of efficient and effective ways of working within Customer Experience and the broader organisation to enable execution of agreed marketing strategies consistent with business objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Excellent SEO/Google Analytics experience.
  • 5+ years Marketing experience.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management skills.
