  • Lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies, working closely with key partners to amplify our brand's visibility and drive business development opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand specific sectors within your portfolio and develop targeted strategies to reach audiences effectively.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow their skills while managing workflow to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in marketing, communication, or PR.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or an equivalent field.
  • Proven expertise in sponsorship marketing and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Superior communication and content creation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
