About the Role

This is a Digital Strategist position with one of the leading companies in Australia, Online Marketing Gurus. The company is continuing to grow rapidly, and this is the chance to join right as the company takes off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth PPC and SEO audits for prospective clients to uncover what they're doing well and what needs to be improved.
  • Work with the sales team to ideate the best 3, 6, 9, and 12-month strategy to deliver client growth via PPC and SEO.
  • Expertise in Adwords and FB audits is most critical.
  • Support the creation of sales decks for pitches, including audits and other key factors.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to be experts in SEO, Adwords, and Facebook and hold high-value, enterprise-level conversations with clients.
  • Work with the sales and delivery teams to minimize misunderstandings and maximize alignment.
  • Continually bridge the gap to ensure maximum revenue results for customers.
  • Manage the onboarding of highly complex or highly technical campaigns that sales have recently signed up.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of knowledge of the key aspects of SEO or integrated marketing campaigns, as well as inbound multi-channel marketing concepts.
  • At least 1-3 years of practical experience in managing Google Adwords and Facebook accounts.
  • Knowledge and application of SEO, and Web Analytics tools for data analysis.
  • Ability to provide findings and relevant recommendations upon all aspects of the OMG technical audit.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiar with Google AdWords and Bing AdCenter interfaces.
  • Familiar with Google AdWords Editor and Bing AdCenter Desktop software.
  • Experience planning and implementing integrated campaigns across display, SEM, Social, and PPC.
  • Strong analytical focus and data interpretation skills, strong use of Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive, and autonomous mentality.
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage tasks.
