The Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales and Service Representatives to join our friendly team during peak trade. As a member of our sales floor team, you will be the face of JB Hi-Fi, delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to drive sales growth
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
