About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Eastern Creek, NSW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional product information and service, and undertaking administrative support duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creating quotes and processing customer orders through various channels,
  • Providing support to our counter sales and regional sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience,
  • Following up on customer complaints and product returns to maintain high levels of satisfaction,
  • Liaising with delivery drivers and warehouse staff to track and confirm customer orders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, as well as strong computer and systems experience with fast and accurate typing speeds.

A minimum of [Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum] is offered for this position, reflecting your significant contribution to the business's growth and success.
