About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at APM. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering culturally appropriate programs and services for our First Nations clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with developing and delivering programs and services to address the barriers faced by First Nations clients in their lives.
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
