About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at APM. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering culturally appropriate programs and services for our First Nations clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that address the unique needs of our First Nations clients.
  • Evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Conduct assessments to identify future employment or training options for clients.
  • Provide case management services to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress towards their return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
