About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to ensure clients receive the necessary support to achieve a successful outcome.

Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Hold tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Psychologists, or Social Workers.
  • AHPRA Registration: Be fully registered with AHPRA or ESSA.
