Key Responsibilities Include- Conducting comprehensive assessments of workplace injuries and developing effective rehabilitation plans.
- Mentoring and guiding early career rehabilitation consultants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Building strong relationships with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Referring clients to other health professionals as needed to ensure they receive the best possible care.
- Managing complex cases, setting realistic goals, and developing return-to-work plans that meet the needs of clients and employers.
As a senior rehabilitation consultant, you will have a minimum of months of experience in occupational rehabilitation and be looking to take on a leadership role in the field.
