Job Title: Command Security Manager

The Command Security Manager heads the security network for Army Aviation Command and is responsible to Commander AVNCOMD for implementing and monitoring protective security and security policy arrangements.

About this role:

This role will involve managing the day-to-day security functions, including provision of advice on domestic protective security. The Command Security Manager will also provide guidance on security requirements to 16th Aviation Brigade units and Army Aviation Training Centre security staff.

About our team:

We are a small workgroup within Headquarters Army Aviation Command. This role will have a degree of autonomy in developing a command level communications framework and creating a command security framework.

You will:

  • Head the security network for Army Aviation Command
  • Implement and monitor protective security and security policy arrangements
  • Manage day-to-day security functions
  • Provide advice on domestic protective security
  • Guide on security requirements to other units and teams
