Job Description

The newly created role will lead Evidence Generation and Medical Excellence initiatives. You will spearhead the design and execution of Real-World Evidence projects, drive Medical Excellence initiatives by enhancing medical capabilities, and oversee field medical strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing RWE/Evidence Generation projects aligned with business strategy.
  • Providing leadership in RWE generation across all Therapeutic Areas, contributing to and executing RWE strategies.
  • Driving Medical Excellence initiatives aligned with strategy, optimizing medical capability building customer engagement experience.
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to create, implement, and execute the overall field medical strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or equivalent. A Doctoral Degree (e.g., Ph.D.) or medical post-graduate (e.g., MD) is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in medical affairs within pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry.
  • Prior experience in medical excellence and field-based medical roles is highly desirable.
  • Practical experience in performing RWE studies, capability building, and team development.
  • Deep understanding of medical field engagements, capability building, team development, and coaching.
  • Project management experience related to medical excellence and operations.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Proven skills as an effective team player who can build credibility and confidence internally and externally.
  • High integrity, ethical & professional mindset.
  • Well-versed in highly technical and scientific language.
