Job Description

In this newly created role, you'll be responsible for executing and ensuring the success of our medical strategy in a specific area. As an advocate for our organization at a global level, you will collaborate with the wider medical team to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with global governance structures, clearly articulating our needs.
  • Pre-launch & launch strategy, and pipeline assessments, with an initial focus on respiratory/biologics
  • Use medical and technical expertise to liaise with external experts, healthcare professionals, and scientific researchers.
  • Provide medical and technical expertise to scientific submissions, and to marketing and sales.
  • Provide external insights to internal teams to assist in business, clinical development, and strategic planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you'll have a demonstrated track record in creating and executing complex pre-launch and launch medical strategies, with a critical need for scientific knowledge of or experience in biologics. You'll demonstrate a growth mindset in demonstrating ways to improve quality and processes, timelines, and other business solutions.

  • Strong project management skills, with proven medical governance capability
  • Excellent communication skills, able to gather information and appropriately weigh collaborative opinion from the wider business
  • Ability to draw on a wide range of internal and external sources to find information & solutions
