Job Opportunity

As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with Medical Communications, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to develop and execute global medical strategies.

This role requires developing and executing the global medical affairs functional plan, driving medical education initiatives, collaborating with global and regional teams to tailor medical strategies, and developing clinical evidence generation programs.

Key responsibilities include leading KOL engagement and global advisory boards, overseeing development and delivery of medical content and training materials, reviewing and approving HCP-facing promotional and educational content, contributing to publication strategies and evidence dissemination plans, including digital platforms, and providing subject matter expertise in infection prevention and competitor landscape.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in life sciences, PhD, MD, or relevant clinical qualification
  • 5–10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related role in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry
  • Strong scientific acumen with proven experience in clinical evidence generation and medical communications
  • Demonstrated experience working in or with global and regional teams
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging with KOLs and healthcare professionals
