We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the State Manager, as well as coordinating daily office operations.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a dynamic team of professionals. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, from day-to-day tasks to ongoing projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the State Manager, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with external providers.
- Support the People & Culture team, including local coordination of onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with our IT provider to resolve technical issues and provide support to new starters.
Requirements:
- Similar experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident nature.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
