You will develop your knowledge and skills to support children with various presentations in a supportive environment. We offer a caseload that is varied, and you will receive thorough support.

  • As an NDIS registered provider, you will work with clients who have literacy, speech, and language disorders, social skills, mealtime management, and AAC assessments and prescriptions.
  • A clinical supervisor will provide monthly supervision to help you develop your skills.
  • Quarterly professional development opportunities are available with our team of Speech Pathologists across the organization.
  • Monthly coaching from clinic mentors will help you achieve your career goals.
  • Access to all necessary resources will be provided.
  • Additionally, you will have the opportunity to observe experienced clinicians from all disciplines in therapy sessions.
  • Our online learning and training library is at your disposal.

You will receive ongoing and consistent supervision, training, and support from our team of Speech Pathologists and the broader allied health team.

Requirements

We seek individuals who are committed to positive client outcomes, improving lives, and working in a supportive team environment. You must be focused on person-centred, ethical interventions.

We require:

  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain.
  • Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current driver's licence and vehicle.
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
