The Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide career support and guidance to individuals in Warragul and surrounding suburbs.

This role is an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by helping them achieve their employment goals.

You will be working one-on-one with clients, identifying their strengths and abilities, and developing personalized plans to help them secure sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide career guidance and support to individuals in Warragul and surrounding suburbs;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for clients/employers;
  • An overall desire to be part of a dynamic team, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence;
