The West Gippsland Healthcare Group is seeking an Experienced O&G Specialist to join their dynamic team in a rural generalist obstetrics and gynaecology role.

This exciting opportunity provides the successful candidate with a chance to develop true generalist skills, with committed Consultant mentors offering guidance and support throughout the 12-month position.

Key Highlights:

  • A RANZCOG accredited position with a minimum of 4 theatre lists per week
  • Labour ward experience locally and one day/fortnight at Monash Clayton
  • Gynaecology clinics, colposcopy, and outpatient laser procedures
  • Theatre lists with a visiting sub-specialist in gynae-oncology

Requirements:

  • MBBS or equivalent degree with registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Australian Healthcare Experience, having worked in either a Hospital or similar environment
  • Demonstrated appropriate level experience and skills in the medical assessment and clinical management of patients
