The Work You Will Lead

  • Guide full-cycle implementation of innovative software solutions across multiple mine sites.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver customer projects, fostering a culture of trust and autonomy.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable plans, ensuring successful technology implementation.
  • Lead change management initiatives, coaching customer teams to adopt new solutions effectively.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, balancing competing priorities to keep projects on track.
  • Cultivate best practices, collaborating with fellow project leaders globally to elevate project excellence.

About the Role

  • Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in large-scale software implementations, preferably in the mining sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field.
  • Ability to scope, draft proposals, deliver, and support the implementation of new technology and software.
  • Proven experience in assessing and facilitating change in large organizations.
  • Formal qualifications in Project Management highly regarded but proven results matter most.
