Quality Assurance Technician Role

Delivering high-quality products and services is critical to our organization's success. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support quality assurance tasks by collaborating with the QA team.
  • Organize and conduct quality training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in quality audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply basic quality tools and principles to contribute to problem-solving efforts and evaluate solution effectiveness.
  • Create inspection reports to document work area conditions and ensure quality compliance.
  • Recommend corrective actions based on inspection findings to address deviations from standards.
  • Validate and verify compliance with contractual quality standards.
  • Ensure alignment between the quality management function and performance needs.
  • Inspect materials received from vendors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Document nonconformities and assist in follow-up audits on corrective actions.
  • Support inspections to ensure compliance with documented procedures/contract requirements.
  • Develop quality inspection checklists to facilitate inspection processes and ensure thoroughness.
