Quality Improvement Lead

Our organisation is a specialist domestic, family and sexual violence service operating on a feminist framework. We aim to respond and prevent gendered violence in Central Australia by providing safe accommodation and support services for women and children experiencing violence.
The Manager – Quality Improvement, Research and Insight role is a key leadership position that provides evidence-based quality improvement recommendations across the organisation. You will contribute to the collective strengthening of our services; ensuring policies and procedures align with local, national and international best-practice.
As a leader in this field, you will provide expert advice and assistance within the organisation to build capability and meet quality improvement objectives. You will also play a pivotal role in implementing our Client Feedback Framework and contributing to quality reporting, submissions, and future opportunities.
