Imagine working in a role that makes a real impact in the community. As Senior Coordinator Quality, Compliance and Strategy, you'll have the opportunity to drive workforce planning, lead recruitment, selection and onboarding, and oversee quality control and compliance.

This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position with potential for extension. You'll work collaboratively with the Executive Manager to achieve staff management, succession planning, and budget monitoring goals.

The Senior Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison with funding bodies, ensuring accurate analysis and submission of performance reports is in line with funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Executive Manager to achieve staff management, succession planning, and budget monitoring goals.
  2. Serve as the primary liaison with funding bodies, ensuring accurate analysis and submission of performance reports.
  3. Drive workforce planning by leading recruitment, selection and onboarding.
  4. Oversee quality control and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Individual Support, Community Services or Home Care or working towards these.
  • Senior experience in the Aged-Care industry and familiarity with the Aged-Care standards and regulatory framework.
  • Current NT Driver's License.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Adaptability, collaboration, and passion for making a difference.
