Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and prevent safety hazards.
  • Maintain quality control measures to guarantee installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
  • Foster effective team communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Requirements:
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must have a TS/SCI Clearance w/Poly (US) or PV clearance (Australian).
  • Must have at least five years of experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Must hold a Journeyman HVAC License (US) or equivalent (Australian).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability to changing conditions.
