Power Equipment Coordinator

As an Equipment Scheduler, you'll be responsible for selecting the most suitable equipment to meet our customers' needs. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, particularly in the provision of power and temperature solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selecting equipment that fulfils customer requirements.
  • Utilizing our Order Fulfilment technology to minimize costs and optimize equipment selection.
  • Validating equipment selections to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Liaising with Customer Service Representatives and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
  • Allocating fleet to jobs, enabling technicians to prepare for successful deployments.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Equipment Scheduler in a technical role.
  • Technical background with experience in power and temperature solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environments and ERP systems.
  • Proven customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and decisive approach.
  • Ability to self-direct and self-manage.
