At Visy, we're committed to powering the circular economy by closing the loop between packaging, recycling, and remanufacturing. As the Equipment Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing equipment requirements for our commercial collections customers.

Reporting to the National Equipment Supervisor and based at our Tullamarine office, you'll be responsible for ensuring that equipment is delivered and collected safely, on time, and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the delivery, collection, and maintenance of equipment to meet DIFOT targets.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment readiness.
  • Conducting risk and safety assessments for equipment and services, ensuring compliance with Visy's safety standards.
  • Managing stock control, purchasing, and stock adjustments within SAP.
  • Handling customer interaction records, organising equipment repairs, and maintaining brand presentation.
  • Monitoring vendor performance, managing purchase orders, and reconciling invoices to ensure efficient equipment operations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in inventory and stocktake management in Recycling/Manufacturing/Logistics industries.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service focus and communication skills, building rapport easily with customers and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills, with experience in inventory management and stock control.
  • Safety-focused with experience in maintaining OHS standards and conducting risk assessments.
  • Experience in SAP and vendor management is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (minimum intermediate level).
