Job Title: Employment Facilitator

You will work with individuals to identify their career aspirations and develop a plan to achieve them. This includes identifying suitable job opportunities, providing coaching and support to help clients succeed in the workplace, and working with employers to create inclusive hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source and create career opportunities for clients, matching them to suitable roles that align with their strengths and interests.
  2. Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  3. Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment strategies.
  4. Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  5. Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  6. Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  7. Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
