Central Coast Health District is seeking suitably trained and experienced medical officers for a Career Medical Officer position in Anaesthesia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide safe anesthesia care for patients undergoing upper and lower GI Endoscopy in the Endoscopy suite at Gosford and/or Wyong Hospitals.
  • Assist with delivery of the endoscopy service, including participating in regular weekly clinical teaching and practical workshops.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical services, including the Regional Provisional Fellowship program and Retrieval Provisional Fellowship program.

Location Details

The NSW Central Coast is positioned between Sydney and Newcastle, with a population nearing 500,000. Gosford Hospital provides a capacity of around 700 inpatient beds for the bulk of the surgical services on the Coast.
