  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support student career development and retention.
  • Collaborate with students, employers, and educators to identify barriers and realign objectives, ensuring seamless transitions into new employment opportunities.
  • Deliver on individual performance targets and contribute to team success by applying innovative strategies and solutions.
  • Proactively identify business growth opportunities and engage with students and employers to drive revenue expansion and retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and workforce developments to provide informed guidance on career pathways that foster student engagement and successful outcomes.
  • Apply sound judgment and adaptability when addressing challenges or changes, making informed decisions that prioritize student-focused outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational programs, services, and systems to offer expert advice, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, maintaining regular communication with the manager and team, and delivering measurable work outcomes.
  • Align daily activities with organizational objectives and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and service practices.
  • Model and promote an ethical and safe working environment that supports a culture of zero harm and best practice regarding health, safety, wellness, and sustainability.
